LARRY SCOTT MAYFIELD was born May 31, 1970 in Griffin, Spalding County, Georgia. He attended Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, and graduated in 1992. He graduated from Mercer University Law School in 1999 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1999.
Mr. Mayfield manages the Barnesville office which opened in November, 2003. He is the past president of the Barnesville Rotary Club, a member of the Kiwanis Club, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Barnesville-Lamar County Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Mayfield is the Lamar County Administrator, Guardian and Conservator.
He is the attorney for the Housing Authority for the City of Griffin and Lamar County Solid Waste Authority.
Mr. Mayfield is married to Heather Mayfield. Mr. and Mrs. Mayfield are active in the First Baptist Church of Barnesville. His interests away from work include golf and tennis.
